Advanced Medicine: Field Hospital & Advanced Wound Care
The Advanced Medicine: Field Hospital & Advanced Wound Care course is designed to provide students with an advanced skills and knowledge to prepare and operate a care-giving facility in the field and to deliver specialized wound care in a grid-down complex environment. The course will cover topics ranging from triage, field hospital set-up, as well as advanced wound assessment, and dressing techniques. Students will learn how to work in high-pressure and resource-limited environments and develop effective strategies for managing complex wound cases. The course will use a combination of lectures, case studies, and hands-on training to give students practical experience in delivering advanced wound care in a truly austere environment. Students will also learn about the latest advances in wound care technologies and how to incorporate these into their practice. Upon completion of the course, students will have the skills and knowledge to operate a field hospital and deliver advanced wound care in challenging and complex environments. They will also be able to apply their knowledge and skills to enhance patient outcomes and improve the overall quality of care.

Stalking Course I (3 days) -
Looking to stay one step ahead? This course is not for the faint of heart! Take the plunge and join us during our immersive course on becoming an expert at stalking and spotting with our latest release, the Stalking & Spotting Course! This is not a sterile experience, prepare to engage fully with any environment present (you will not be coddled). Throughout the course you will have the opportunity to learn from your mistakes, while being coached by both your peers and the cadre of former students, and instructors. You will finish with direct results of how much you put into it. The course will give back scrapes, bumps, bruise, bites, rashes, and anything else nature may throw at you. However, you will also take with you the skills and techniques needed to identify potential objects of interest from a distance while being difficult to detect, you’ll learn how to read and maximize the terrain & environment to your advantage, all while gaining the skills required to move though an area unnoticed. From mastering your environment, vegetation, proper use of ghillie suits, and more - Get ready to take your game to the next level!

Spotting Course I (3 days)-
Do you think you have what it takes to learn the patient art and science of spotting? Join our Introduction to Spotting Course to begin to master the basics of observation techniques, use of appropriate optics, and equipment, along with other spotters while other students try to gain the advantage on you in this austere environment! Former students, and our experienced instructors will help introduce you to the skills needed to spot people in many situations. The varied evolutions in this course will provide the foundation for you to take your spotting game to a whole new level. Introduction to Emergency Communication - 1 day (Classroom exercises & demo)
Explore the diverse world of emergency communications in this comprehensive course designed for both licensed enthusiasts and beginners alike. Gain a deep understanding of various communication bands, including AM, FM, NOAA, Air bands, Marine, FRS, MURS, GMRS, HAM, and more. Delve into the technical aspects of monitoring, scanning, and transmitting across these bands, equipping yourself with essential skills for emergency situations.

Introduction to Mobile Resiliency - 1 day (Get-Home Bag - Classroom exercises & demo)
This course is designed to teach students about the importance of mobile resiliency and how to create and maintain a bug out bag. Mobile resiliency refers to the ability to adapt and survive in different environments and situations. In this course, students will learn how to prepare for emergencies and disasters by creating a bug out bag that contains essential items for survival. The course will cover a range of topics related to mobile resiliency, including identifying potential risks and hazards, developing an emergency plan, and understanding the importance of situational awareness. Students will also learn about the different types of bug out bags and their components, such as food, water, shelter, first aid supplies, and communication devices. The course will be taught through a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities. Students will have the opportunity to create their own bug out bags and practice using them in simulated emergency situations. They will also learn about the different types of mobile resiliency strategies, including evacuation, sheltering in place, and communication protocols. By the end of this course, students will have a deep understanding of the importance of mobile resiliency and bug out bags, and they will have the skills and knowledge to create and maintain their own bug out bags for emergencies and disasters. Intermediate Get-Home Course- 2 days (Individual Practical - The Unexpected Night Out)
This two-day course is designed for individuals who want to further their skills in mobile resiliency and survival techniques. The course will test your development and utilization of your resources and the ability to handle unexpected situations, such as spending an unexpected night in the wilderness. We will focus on the deployment and utilization of bug out bags. Students will have to utilize their preconstructed bag to manage their specific needs and situations. The course will provide the crucible opportunity to test your system. Students should come prepared, packed, and ready to deploy at a moments' notice. Students will be expected to utilize their resources to accomplish various techniques, including shelter-building, fire-making, and water sourcing. The course will also help students uncover strategies for staying calm, managing resources, and communicating with others. Throughout the two-day course, students will participate in practical exercises to apply their knowledge and skills. The course will be taught by experienced instructors who have extensive knowledge in mobile resiliency and survival techniques. Students will receive individualized attention and feedback to help them improve their skills and build confidence. By the end of this course, students will have a deeper understanding of their personal equipment, their components, techniques, and strategies for handling such unexpected situations. This experience will provide both personal and practical feedback for students wishing to continue to improve their resiliency, making them better prepared for emergencies and disasters.
Advanced Get-Home Course- 3 days (Family practical - Travel & Basic E&E)
Students should come prepared, packed, and ready to deploy at a moments' notice. This is a three-day intensive course designed for individuals and families who want to continue to hone their practical skills for surviving unexpected situations as well as safely returning home in times of crisis. Participants should arrive already well-versed with creating a hasty shelter, finding water, and building a fire. They should also be comfortable moving through unknown and changing environments. The course will focus on two critical areas: travel preparedness and basic escape and evasion techniques. During the first part of the course, participants will learn travel preparedness skills such as pre-trip planning, risk assessment, situational awareness, and communication protocols. Students will be expected to arrive ready to go with all essential travel equipment, including medical kits, survival gear, etc. During this experience, participants may have to consider how to handle various travel-related emergencies such as natural disasters, civil unrest, and other accidents. In the second part of the course, participants will learn basic escape and evasion techniques. They will learn how to better navigate through unfamiliar terrain, identify potential threats from a distance, and avoid dangerous situations. Additionally, the course will cover basic self-defense techniques and tactics to avoid capture or detainment. Throughout the course, participants will participate in various scenarios and exercises that will challenge their newly acquired skills. These exercises will enable participants to apply their newly acquired skills in a practical and realistic setting, providing them with the confidence and knowledge needed to handle any unexpected situation. The Advanced Get-Home Class is designed for families as well as individuals with the appropriate skill levels mentioned. The course will provide a practical, hands-on experience that will enable individuals and families to be better prepared for unexpected situations they may encounter. The course will be taught by experienced instructors who have extensive experience in survival, medical response, and travel preparedness, providing participants with valuable insights and knowledge that they can apply in their daily lives.
